Inlibra – both the product and the company name –
means “in balance.”

Derived from the Latin words for in (in) and scales (libra), it refers to balance -- which in addition to its uses in law, astrology and science is the most sought-after state in production accounting.

Our logo has several symbolic layers:

It incorporates the astrological symbol for Libra, the balance.

It also incorporates the symbols for alpha (α) and omega (Ω) – the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet – to convey that our product has your needs covered from beginning to end.

Omega, as the last letter of the Greek alphabet, also represents “the ultimate” -- because our materials balancing software is the last product you’ll ever need to buy for this purpose and because it allows you to take the ultimate step in preparing your plant movement data for commercial use.

The dot within the omega represents the precision with which Inlibra will highlight your key performance indicators. Think of the dot as the “in” in Inlibra. We also think libra is akin to liberate, and that our tool will free you from the drudgery of reconciliation, giving you time to concentrate on important aspects of your business.

Finally, look closely and you’ll see that the space between the omega and the dot form a magnifying glass. This is a reminder of the accuracy and care that go into examining your movement data for discrepancies.
