Andy Dearwater
Andy Dearwater is principal and design director of Dearwater Design. He’s “hands-on” and is involved in all aspects of the management and design process. Prior to forming DD, he was a designer at Lowell Williams Design, where he was a designer on projects for Gerald Hines Interest and Brown & Root, Inc.
DD’s recent clients include UTHealth Houston Neurosciences, Memorial Hermann Hospital, Albert and Ethel Herzstein Charitable Foundation, Newfield Exploration, Haworth Furniture, Houston Wilderness, Texas Forest Service, Boy Scouts of America and St. John’s School.
Active in the design community, he is past treasurer and director of the Art Directors Club of Houston. Andy’s work has been recognized regularly by such industry publications as Communication Arts, AIGA Annual, and the New York Art Directors Club. In his spare time, Andy has returned to fine art painting.
